How much does it cost?

Nothing, it is completely free! The DREAM Project has been funded by the Australian Government. 

How can I change my email address?

To change your email address, you will need to submit a ‘contact us’ request to update it on your behalf.

How can I change my password?

Once you have signed up you are able to change your password by clicking on the 'Forgot password?' link on the login page. This will send an email to your email account allowing you to reset your password. You can also change your password under your profile, in the top right corner of the website, after you are already logged in.

How can I contact you?

You can submit a request under the ‘contact us’ form for general questions or technical support. You can expect a response within two business days.

I submitted a request for contact but have not heard back?

Sometimes the spam/junk mail filter settings used by your email program may prevent the delivery of our email to you. You may wish to add the following email address “dream@utas.edu.au” to your email address book to increase the chances of our emails reaching you. You may have unsubscribed from previous correspondence from us. If you need to change your preferences, head to your profile (in the top right corner of the website) and select ‘preferences’ from the menu on the left.

What do I need to sign up?

You can enrol on our website. All you need is an email address. This can be a work address or a personal address (not a shared work email address).

I have signed up but have not received the verification email.

If you cannot see your verification email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder as they end up there depending on your email provider. If not, please submit a ‘contact us’ request and our team can look into this further for you.

I work in dementia respite care but not in Australia, can I access DREAM?

The DREAM Project has been funded by the Australian Government, therefore designed for the Australian workforce. You are welcome to complete the education but both the Community of Practice and Coaching elements are tailored for the Australian aged care workforce, and as such, are unavailable to those living and working outside of Australia.
